Years ago when we first started Pink Blush Boudoir all we thought we could offer clients were amazing sets, expert posing, and accessories! Times have changed and over the last couple of years we have expanded our “Client Closet” to not only include shoes, jewelry, stockings, and gloves, but to include all kinds of lingerie in a variety of sizes. As our lingerie habit grows, Sarina and I keep adding more and more goodies for our clients to enjoy!

If you are interested in using some of the items from our client closet, I highly recommend booking a consultation before your session, so you can come see some of the outfit options we have available in person for your specific size. A lot of women like to wing it and try outfits on the day of their shoot, but you are welcome to come in and try any of the outfits you would like to at your consultation as well.
Sarina and I are experts when it comes to choosing outfits or helping you make adjustments so the outfit fits you as best as possible. Trying on lingerie can be frustrating, not knowing where certain straps go, or having to do any clips or garter hooks up alone is hard, but that is also what we are here for. We find that when you try outfits on with us, we can pop in and help make little tweaks and adjustments to the outfits. Whether it be moving straps to sit differently on your hips, helping you hook up clips, or maybe even cinching things in differently with a safety pin so the outfits fits you perfectly! Whatever it may be, we have your back!
We can also pull outfits from the closet that you may not have even thought of trying. We are great at giving you suggestions or ideas, so you will have all the options of what you could possibly wear for your shoot.

Bra and panty sets are fabulous, and I find matching is best. This beautiful royal blue floral set is actually available in our client closet in a size medium. Miss N loved this piece and chose to compliment it with the other outfits she brought with her.
Topless with panties is another fan favourite that a lot of woman like trying, it’s so simple, and most women usually have a pair of panties that they absolutely love. Throw in some shoes or jewellery and it can add that extra something to your shoot.
Nude boudoir photos is becoming more and more common. And there are so many ways you can play with being naked. You can choose to do some more covered shots with the white sheet, or perhaps add in some body jewellery and heels to give you more of a sexy vibe (the black body jewellery you see here is available in our client closet and is custom piece made by our very own Sarina Rose). Opting in to add some thigh high socks is also a cute addition to your photos, and then simply doing your nude boudoir boudoirs as is another great idea.
Lastly she brought this amazing green corset with her to the shoot. Adding stockings like Miss N did to your outfit will give you that extra glam feel, and we even chose to do some artistic shots with a wine glass too.

We love having women back for new photo shoots, it’s so much fun, as we as photographers get to come up with completely new concepts, and so do the clients. After your first shoot, we find a lot of women come back with more ideas and new outfits and concepts that they are hoping on trying too.

This shoot was no different! Miss M was looking for some dark & moody lighting and was wanting to give our kitchen set a try this time. I just love this shoot, I am all about the dark and moody lighting lately, so this was right up my alley.
Personally I am in LOVE with the kitchen shots that we did, her white bra and panty set was the perfect match for this idea, and I just love how they turned out.
My second favourite is definitely the wet tank top look we did near the end of her shoot, add in our coloured light, and bam, something completely different. I’ve actually done quite a few “wet tank top” looks after Miss M’s shoot, and I think it is becoming one of my favourite things to try.

Sarina and I have compiled our new updated top 10 favourite outfits that women bring in for their shoot. There will be a more detailed post about each outfit idea but here is the list in completion!
The last time we did one of these posts was in 2015! I think it’s time for an update. Our most frequently asked question before women come in for their boudoir session with us is what should I wear? The cool thing about boudoir, is there are so many ideas and options for women, it doesn’t just have to be lingerie either! Sarina and I have compiled our new updated top 10 favourite outfits that women bring in for their shoot. There will be a more detailed post about each outfit idea but here is the list in completion!
10. Robes
Robes seem to be a very simple outfit, but when paired alone or with a bra and panty set it can add an element of fun. Robes with lots of textures, lace, or ones that are see through tend to work best we find.
If you want to wear a bra and pany set for your shoot but may be a little worried about showing too much skin, opt to add a robe in maybe, they are a great way to add a little more coverage or compliment your shape/outfit more by accentuating the features you want to show off and hiding the ones you don’t want too. Robes with lace are a great way to add more detail to your outfit, but robes that are see through are our favourite! They are great for wearing and shooting into the window, as you can see a woman's shape through the robe itself. It also allows whatever outfit you want to wear underneath to come through a bit more, or if you opt to go naked with the robe, it gives you a little more coverage rather than going full frontal with the nudity.
9. Sweaters, Jean Jackets, T-Shirts, or Tank Tops
Opting for a more casual outfit may be the way to go! Pairing any of these outfit ideas with a bra and panty set, just panties, or naked are a great idea for one of the outfits you want to wear during your shoot.
Oversized sweaters can give you a comfy cozy feel, and give you a little more coverage if you so wish. Jean jackets are back in style and again are great for boudoir, the jean texture looks great in photos. T-Shirts can be plain or another great way to add an element of yourself into the photos, is opting for a t-shirt with your favourite band, show, etc. on it, or if you bring in your significant other’s favourite t-shirt, it adds an element of them into your photos. Lastly tank tops are a cute idea as well, and even opting for a white see through one can add an element of sexy to your photos. A white tank top or tshirt works great as an outfit idea you can wear in our wet room as well, as water will soak into the white and show off your body a little bit more.
7. Button Up Shirt
The ever classic button up shirt. A white men’s dress shirt seems to be an outfit favourite for women and can work well to incorporate your significant other into your photos again, but don’t think you have to opt only for the white option. Even if you have a button up shirt of your own, like a plaid shirt, that can be a great way to add colour and texture to your photos.
So many options on how you can wear the button up shirt too! Again pair it with a bra and panty set, wear just panties, or go naked, the options are endless!
6. Bra and Panty Set (with lots of details like lace or straps)
Bra and panty sets are definitely a go to for boudoir, they are a classic look that you can’t go wrong with! This outfit choice isn’t hard to find and you might already have this item in your drawers. However, we would like to suggest that not only do you try a bra and panty set, but opt for one that has a little more detail to it then just your regular option. Having details like lace, straps, bling, etc. in your bra and panties are great for adding dimension to your photos, and are much more interesting to shoot.
5. Implied Nudes
Implied nudes are a great way to try out being naked without having to show off anything. You can opt for the white sheet look which is classic, and the great thing about the white sheet look is you can cover up as much as you want or show off a little more skin if you so choose. You can also do implied nudes with other outfits and not just the white sheet. Bring in his favourite t-shirt, sweater, one of your favourite shirts, and rather than wearing it, you can hold it up to your body and cover up what you don’t want to show in the photos but still giving off the idea that you are naked while still showing off a woman’s shape.
4. Stockings
We LOVE stockings, they are a great way to add an element of sexy to a bra and panty set, just panties, or naked. Lace top sheer stockings are the every classic look, however, there are tons of styles out there of other stockings that could definitely spice up your photos. Sasha’s Stockings are a line that we love to support, they are super stretchy, so great for all body shapes, and the way they are constructed are meant to come up high on the waist, but shape the booty as well.
3. High Waisted
If you know Sarina and I, you know how much we LOVE a high waisted panty. High waisted panties are a great way to give yourself a little more tummy coverage but still showing off your curves nicely. They are back in style and definitely becoming more and more common, so snatch up a pair for your upcoming shoot and you will not be disappointed.
2. Bodysuit
I cannot promote this outfit idea enough! Bodysuits are honestly great for all women of all shapes and sizes. I find if a woman is looking for a little more tummy coverage for her shoot, then this is the outfit for you. It gives you more of that tummy coverage that we women want but still shows off a woman’s shape nicely, but hugging her curves from top to bottom. They have tons of different cuts and styles, ones with sleeves, ones with cups, ones that are all lace, the options are endless.
1. Nude
You might be surprised to find out that Sarina and I’s favourite outfit you can do for your shoot is nothing! Just be naked! Nudes can be intimidating, and I get that, it’s one thing to wear lingerie in front of us, and it’s a whole nother thing to get naked and have your picture taken, but I can say in all honesty, naked is hands down the best outfit you can bring. We love it because it’s more natural and all about you! We are great at posing women of all shapes and sizes so even though you are naked we will still make you look your absolute best.

We always have women warning us before they come for a shoot that they have had children as if that’s something we need to be warned about. Certainly, after babies, our bodies don’t all bounce back the same but that doesn’t mean we aren’t still beautiful and that we can’t be sexy anymore. Being a mom is a gift, and the stretch marks, loose skin, and boobs that lack their once perky form are all part of that gift. Our sexual identity is something that lays deep within us, it’s not on the surface of our skin. Becoming a mom doesn’t mean you get put into a new category of I’m no longer sexually desirable, in fact, it should be the complete opposite and I hope through my work as a boudoir photographer I can help to shift that mentality.
When I think of women who are moms I think loving, warm, strong, giving, resilient, wild, natural, beautiful and sexy. Becoming a mom only adds to the qualities of your womanhood, it’s not meant to take them away from you. Here are some photos of a hot mom who has dedicated her self to helping women connect with their sexy through the art of pole dance. Miss C is an inspiration to moms everywhere.
Cute Boudoir Prop Ideas } Miss S
Flashback to this babe’s second shoot with us! I love when women want to come back and try a boudoir shoot for a second time! Miss S had some great outfit ideas plus some really cute and unique prop ideas as well. Each outfit added a different element to her shoot. Loving this red lingerie set she brought, the white pom poms paired with the white stockings is the perfect Christmas look that she was going for. Add in a sparkly necklace and red lip, the perfect options to compliment this look. For a bridal look, this white body suit with her wedding shoes and pearls is another match made in heaven. His t-shirt with a cute pair of black panties, is the outfit he may love most as whenever he wears that shirt again he will think of you. Lastly, I am in LOVE with props that she brought for her shoot too. Lover of cookies and champagne she wanted to incorporate that into the shoot, what a cute prop idea though!
Miss I } Curvy Women in Boudoir Photography
I cannot believe how many women message us and ask if we photograph “Plus Size Women” or “Curvy Women.” Of course we do! We love women of all shaped and sizes and Miss I is a prime example of a fabulously curvy woman. Take a peak at her images below, she has some great outfit inspiration and some great pose ideas for curvy women.
Bodysuits or Teddies are the perfect outfit for accentuating a woman’s shape. These outfits are super flattering as they are still tight to the body to show off your curves, but give you a little more coverage.
High waisted panties or garter belts are perfect for accentuating her shape as well. How cool is this black harness piece that she got? I love all the straps and the buckles, it perfectly compliments her shape. You could even try something like this out with a bra and panty set if you weren’t comfortable going naked. I am also loving the red floral cut out bra that she brought it, very unique and goes nicely with her lacey brown high waisted panties.

The cream and blush pink colours and intricate lace details are a match made in heaven. And who doesn’t love a high waisted panty. Super cute. If you have a little more curves this outfit would look great on you! High waisted panty + dropped down buster top will help accentuate your curves and make your waist look smaller.
Miss K did this as a wedding gift for her fiancé so this first outfit is perfect if you are thinking of doing a bridal boudoir shoot. Outfit two is another great option, a black and sexy Teddie. Teddie’s work great for giving you a little more body coverage if that is what you are looking for but still showing off your shape nicely. I love how she wanted to add in this sexy garter panty hose with this outfit, it gives it that little extra. Outfit three is also a great idea if you have a little more curve, a Merrywidow works good to again draw your eye down to the hip line and accentuate your curves. Last but not least, the classic white sheet / naked look. No one can go wrong with this as an outfit. It really is so versatile and great for any body shape. The white sheet works great if you want to cover up and not show any skin or you can use it more as an accessory and just be naked!

The ever fabulous Miss A has come to our studio twice now! Round two is always much more fun than round one as you know exactly what to expect and are feeling a little more comfortable with playing around with poses. Like she did in her first shoot she absolutely rocked this one, some super cute outfit inspiration here including a few long sleeved bodysuits and we all know how much I love a long sleeved bodysuit.
