Miss J came to our studio back in September! She wanted to wish that special man in her life the happiest of Birthdays, so here is your Happy Birthday wish!

I love being part of special moments like this one, but as boudoir photographers we are so fortunate to photograph so many beautiful woman, but getting to show these women how beautiful they really are is the best part of our job. Girl’s are usually pleasantly surprised at how their photos turned out so it’s always a nice added bonus for them when the photos exceed their expectations.

Edmonton Wedding Photographers } Trace & Aly

Trace and Aly got married on Friday September 13, 2019 this year! Friends of mine, I was honoured when they asked me to photograph their wedding! They are definitely not your typical couple, and their wedding day was no different. Each only have a maid of honour / best man, they wedding was very intimate from the get go. They both decided they wanted to see each other before the ceremony and have all of their photos taken before there ceremony had even begun! I love setting up the photos this way, and what a photographers dream in giving me full control that day too!

Most women who come to us for a boudoir shoot are here to do something nice for themselves. As women I think we forget to take care of ourselves first. We spend a lot of time taking care of things at work or at home, but don’t spend a lot of time on ourselves. Even taking 1-2 hours a week to just unwind alone, read a book, relax in front of the tv, maybe have a bubble bath is something you can do for yourself, it’s important to take a few moments here and there to recuperate. We get so busy with our lives, that we simply don’t give ourselves the attention we deserve, and we certainly don’t take the time to pamper ourselves and sometimes we forget what it is to a be a woman.

Miss M } Curvy Boudoir Photography

Miss M is a client from back in September, who was doing a shoot for her husband and herself. She was telling us how much her husband loves all her curves and her tattoos, so she selected some great outfit options to show that off and we made sure to accentuate her body as much as possible! Miss S } Boudoir Photography Edmonton

Treat yourself to the best Christmas gift you can give yourself, a boudoir shoot! Miss S came to us back in September and wanted to try out a shoot for herself. She trusted in us to help her every step of the way! To start with hair and makeup, Sarina did such a fabulous job of enhancing this beautiful woman’s features, and then trusting in myself (Calie) for help with accessorizing and outfit choices. She did a great job during her shoot and came away with a bunch of great images for herself.

Wedding Photography Edmonton } Nicole & Kyle

Weddings are one of our favourite things to photograph. We are very fortunate to be a part of these couple’s special days and getting to witness first hand the love they have for one another is definitely something very special. Nicole & Kyle tied the knot on June 15 of this year. Their wedding ceremony and reception took place at the Orchards Residents Association and their formal photographs took place nearby at a couple locations the bride herself had found! How perfect are these rows of trees she scouted out for us! All of their wedding images are below, from the getting ready, to the ceremony, to formal photos, and of course the reception photos. Bath Tub Boudoir Photos } Edmonton Photographer

Miss C came to our studio back in August and wanted to try out our bath tub set in our Wet Room. Most women don’t know that we have a shower and tub set available at the studio, any one can use it, just send us a message if you are interested and we will make sure it is free for your shoot.

Wanting to try a couple different looks in the tub, she opted for a see through white tank top and some nudes. I am so happy she was willing to let us show her images on our blog, as I think a lot of woman steer away from the tub set as they think they have to be naked, but this white tank look is a great example of what can be done in our bath tub set but a little more clothed. We will shoot to whatever your comfort level is, so if you like the idea of trying out the wet room but want to be more covered, then we are game for anything!

The white tank photos are definitely some of my favourite ones that i’ve ever done in the tub set, but even the more naked ones we did with Miss C turned out great. She rocked this set and makes the “coming out dripping” look, look so effortless.
