Many of the women who come through our studio feel like maybe they are a little past their boudoir prime. The years of children, weight gain, and desk jobs can really take a toll on the bodies of women. I believe that at any age a women can still be sexy, even after children or few extra pounds. I also believe that with a good diet and dedicated exercise women can look amazing well into their 40's and 50's. Amy is a prime example of a woman who didn't let excuses hold her back from looking amazing well over 40. She's fit and lean with glowing skin. There is no doubt she has worked hard on her body not only in the gym but nutritionally as well. Giving up fast food, and spending 1-2 hours in the gym 6 days a week might not be for everyone, but if it is, I hope these images are a good source of motivation that you will benefit from your sacrifices and hard work in the years to come.
