 Jade Egg Workshop

What is Jade Egg Practice? Jade Egg or Yoni Egg is a therapy to help you reclaim, reconnect to and heal your womb space. Your womb is the access point for your feminine power, wisdom, intuition and sensuality. Through your womb you are able to heal trauma stored in the body including sexual assault and other forms of trauma. With this practice you will experience more clarity, pleasure, creativity and find healing. You will access your deep feminine essence and connect with your authentic self in a whole new way.

With conscious sacred intention, meditation, breath work and gentle movement, you will be guided to use your jade egg internally – in your ‘Yoni.’ Yoni is a Sanskrit word that means sacred space or sacred temple – we use it to sacredly refer to the vagina. (in this class we cover the theory only)

When: July 2nd at 1pm to 4pm

Where: Pink Blush Boudoir located at 15824 10th AVE SW

What is included: 2.5 Hours of lecture time with a 3o minute break for tea and snacks.

Who will be there: Dr Geha, Sarina from Pink Blush Boudoir and hopefully 8-10 women who are open to healing and self discovery
